A Mexican client, HARBER, who has been working with Hongmingda Worldwide Logistics for 8 years, purchased 30 containers of stationery from China. Due to concerns about potential quality issues and the cautious nature of his own customers, he decided to come to China for inspections. This led to an extraordinary journey where Hongmingda Worldwide Logistics accompanied the Mexican client's customer for inspections.

To serve this Mexican client well, Hongmingda Worldwide Logistics formed a dedicated service team for Mexican customers, with the company's Vice President of Sales, SUSAN, personally leading the team. From the moment the Mexican client placed the order with the factories, we got involved, communicating with various suppliers about product progress and providing timely feedback to the Mexican client. The project team at Hongmingda Worldwide Logistics designed a detailed tracking sheet to update the client constantly. During the follow-up process, we arranged for QC to visit the factories to inspect the goods, verify the progress reported by the suppliers, and check whether the bulk goods matched the samples. To ensure smooth shipment, we reviewed all shipping companies from Ningbo to Mexico, such as COSCO, EMC, MSC, HPL, etc., to see which companies' services and schedules met the client's requirements. Just like choosing different star-rated hotels, the services provided by different shipping companies vary in terms of schedules, voyages, and destination port services. Eventually, the Mexican client selected two shipping companies from the OA alliance, COSCO and EMC.

Once the Mexican client arranged his itinerary, the company's Vice President of Sales immediately flew from Shenzhen to Ningbo to join him and his customers, starting factory inspections one by one while arranging container loading. By the time the client returned to our Shenzhen office, the Mexico project team at Hongmingda Worldwide Logistics had already printed the relevant documents and attached the container loading photos. The Mexican client and his customer were very satisfied with our service. They were especially touched by the video we created, which included details from his arrival, factory inspections, and joyful moments of dining and singing together. We also explained the list of shipped and scheduled shipments of 30 containers from Ningbo to Mexico to the Mexican client and his customer. They were very impressed with our punctuality.
